Tarek Saad
Reid Collins Partner Tarek F.M. Saad provides value to clients in assessing, managing, and resolving high-value commercial disputes, primarily in complex transactions involving international parties and laws, including spending over a decade leading teams pursuing claims involving complex financial fraud on behalf of investors against counterparties in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the U.S., and Canada.
Tarek uses his three decades of experience trying cases in U.S. and international civil and criminal courts, and in international and domestic arbitrations, to represent clients in early-stage negotiations and resolutions, proceedings involving emergency injunctive relief, mediations, arbitrations, agency and administrative proceedings, trials before international arbitral tribunals and before judges and juries in U.S. state and federal courts, and on appeals, including oral arguments. Tarek also serves as an appointed arbitrator.
In addition to his primary focus on resolving his clients’ international disputes, Tarek frequently provides counsel in a variety of commercial contexts, including business transactions, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Tarek frequently speaks on emerging legal developments relevant to his clients and their industries.
Prior to joining Reid Collins, he practiced as a partner in several major law firms, including spending six years in Doha, Qatar managing cross-border business disputes across many countries.

Tarek has served as Chairman of the Board for the American School of Doha, and for Colorado Youth at Risk, and for twenty years helped Co-Chair the Hate Crimes Education Task Force of the Colorado Lawyers Committee presenting mock trials to students and community organizations.
