Jeffrey E. Gross
Jeffrey Gross is a partner in the New York office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP. Jeff has represented clients in a wide variety of high-stakes, complex commercial litigation through trial. He appears in federal and state courts and arbitrations across the country representing plaintiffs in professional-liability litigation, including legal and audit malpractice, financial-fraud-based litigation, and insolvency-related disputes.
Jeff often represents the victims of financial fraud, including corporations, hedge funds, and private equity funds. Many of Jeffâs clients are in insolvency proceedings, and so his representations include working on behalf of court-appointed trustees and receivers. Jeff is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), as well as the ABAâs Trial Practice Committee.
Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an Arthur Littleton Legal Writing Instructor. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar.
Jeff was also recently named to the 2024 Edition of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers in America.
Before joining Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, Jeff was a Partner at Vandenberg & Feliu LLP and Special Counsel to Cooley LLP. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell with the highest “AV” rating.
