Chun T. Wright is Of Counsel at Reid Collins & Tsai LLP in Washington, DC. Chun’s practice focuses on global intellectual property enforcement (anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting), copyright and trademark law, Internet and technology issues, money laundering, and litigation. She has represented prominent Internet and technology businesses, start-ups, and multi-national companies in numerous areas involving cutting-edge issues, including anti-piracy, intellectual property, Internet law, privacy and defamation.

Prior to joining Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, Chun was Vice President, Anti-Piracy Legal Affairs, for the Entertainment Software Association, where she devised and oversaw legal and litigation strategies for the game industry’s worldwide anti-piracy program. She also litigated for several years at major law firms in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. Chun served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia for four years, hired by then-U.S. Attorney Eric H. Holder, Jr. As an AUSA, she tried 37 criminal cases before judges and juries, and she argued 13 cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
