Brandon Lewis
Brandon Lewis is a partner in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP. Brandon is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation, where disputes often involve financial frauds, fiduciary breaches, and professional malpractice. He has represented businesses, trustees, hedge funds, creditor committees, and others in state and federal courts nationwide. He also has significant experience litigating fraudulent transfers and other insolvency matters in the bankruptcy arena. In 2024, Lawdragon named Brandon to its Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation, and in 2025, Lawdragon named Brandon to its list of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers in America. Brandon has also been repeatedly named a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation by Texas Monthly and appeared on Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List.” Brandon’s pro bono work includes securing the acquittal of a San Antonio ISD school board member indicted on federal bribery and public corruption charges and securing the dismissal of a civil lawsuit brought against a Dallas ISD employee. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Brandon has written articles concerning insolvency and other bankruptcy litigation topics that have been featured in various publications.
Brandon is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar Foundation, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He also serves on the advisory committee for the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals, where he has co-chaired the Policy Committee since 2017. He and his wife are members of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas.
