Reid Collins partner Yonah Jaffe was a speaker at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2023 New York City Bankruptcy Conference on May 24, 2023. He joined the ABI faculty as a panelist on its “Litigation Round-Up” which focused on litigation strategy and tactics with respect to multiple topics of interest, including challenges to the retention of professionals, particularly what standard should govern when a debtor seeks to retain lawyers, investment bankers and other professionals.
