After defeating all motions to dismiss in New York State Court in May 2020, Reid Collins expanded its derivative litigation on behalf of Renren, Inc., filing an Amended and Supplemental Complaint. The amended complaint adds new defendants Softbank Group Capital Limited (“Softbank GCL”) and Social Finance, Inc. (“SoFi”) as well as additional claims.
